Unsere Rezeption ist montags bis samstags von 06:30 bis 12:30 und von 14:30 bis 22:30, sonntags und feiertags bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt.
Bitte informieren Sie uns, wenn Sie nach Rezeptionsschluss anreisen werden.
Wir hinterlegen Ihren Zimmerschlüssel und weitere Informationen auf einer Kommode im Vorraum unseres Haupteinganges an der Schloßwender Straße. Für die Tür zum Haupteingang hinterlegen wir einen Schlüssel in einem Minisafe, der an der Haupt-Eingangstür an der „Schloßwender Straße“ befestigt ist. Den Code für den Minisafe geben wir Ihnen nach Absprache durch. Bitte beachten Sie mögliche abweichende Öffungszeiten zu Feiertagen. Vielen Dank.
Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie vor dem Haus auf der Schloßwender Straße oder,
außer samstags von 02:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr, auf dem benachbarten Klagesmarkt gegenüber des Supermarktes kostenlos parken.

Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.,
on Sundays and public holidays until 10:00 p.m..
Please inform us if you will be arriving after reception closes. We leave your room key and further information on a chest of drawers in the anteroom of our main entrance at the Schlosswender Strasse. For the door to the main entrance we deposit a key in a mini safe, which is attached to the main entrance door on „Schloßwender Straße“. We will give you the code for the Minisafe upon request. Please note possible different opening times on public holidays. Many thanks.
If you arrive by car, you can park for free in front of the house on Schloßwender Straße or,
except on Saturdays from 2:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on the neighboring Klagesmarkt opposite the supermarket.
